FreshRoots Export Agri-Commerce Platform ("we", "our", or "us"), operating in Karnataka, India, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, store, utilize, and protect your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact & Identity Data: Full Name, 10-digit Indian mobile number, email address.
• Delivery Coordinates: House/farm address, landmark, PIN code, district, and state for courier dispatch.
• Transaction Data: Ordered SKUs, weight, batch numbers, transaction references generated by secure payment gateways (we never store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs).
• Commercial RFQ Data: Business name, GSTIN (optional), destination Mandi/warehouse for bulk quotations.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is exclusively utilized to:

• Process retail farm-gate orders and coordinate Pan-India dispatch via Shiprocket, VRL Logistics, or regional transporters.
• Send WhatsApp delivery tracking links and GST tax invoices.
• Notify you of abandoned cart reservations if you opted in during session creation.
• Maintain order history and saved delivery addresses for fast repeat checkouts.
• Measure the shopping journey, protect enquiry forms from spam, send requested transactional emails, and deliver mandi price alerts when you enable browser notifications.

Service providers used for these features

• Cloudflare Web Analytics receives aggregate traffic and page performance measurements. PostHog receives page paths and commerce funnel events such as product views, cart additions, checkout starts, purchases, and RFQ submissions. Automatic form capture and session replay are disabled; these events do not include your contact, address, or payment details.
• Cloudflare Turnstile processes a challenge token and request network details when you submit an enquiry, to verify the submission is likely from a person.
• Resend processes email addresses and order or quotation details needed to send transactional confirmations and operations notifications.
• Sentry processes technical error and route information to help diagnose production failures. Request bodies, headers, cookies, user identifiers, and URL query strings are removed from captured errors.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging stores a browser push token only after you opt in to mandi price alerts. Use the alert control in the footer to turn them off and remove the stored token.

We strictly do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal telephone numbers or data to third-party telemarketers or ad brokers.

4. Data Security & Retention

All customer sessions and address books are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS. Order records are maintained in compliance with statutory Indian commercial and taxation laws for audited record-keeping.
